The C-Phone HE4R is a rack-mounted diver communications system with an integrated helium speech unscrambler, designed for clear and reliable communication in saturation and deep diving environments.

Using a digital signal processor, the system independently processes four separate speech channels. This allows accurate recovery of speech in helium environments, unlike systems that combine inputs before processing.

Each channel includes individual unscrambler adjustment, enabling precise tuning for optimal clarity. The system operates in both 2-wire push-to-talk and 4-wire round robin modes, with a straightforward user interface designed for operational use.

Dual tender inputs and flexible recording outputs support structured dive operations and post-dive analysis.
