C-Tecnics Completes High-Volume Supply of Subsea Lighting and Laser Systems for Offshore Operations

 

C-Tecnics was commissioned to supply a large batch of subsea lighting and laser systems for offshore operations requiring consistent, high-performance illumination and accurate visual scaling.

The order comprised 20 CT4011 subsea LED lights and 16 CT4005 red dot lasers, supplied as part of a wider equipment package for integration across multiple systems. All units were prepared, tested, and delivered in protective transit cases to support safe transport and efficient deployment in the field.

This volume order reflects ongoing demand for reliable, in-house engineered subsea equipment across survey, ROV, and commercial diving applications.

The requirement centred on supplying a large number of lighting and laser units that could be deployed across multiple subsea platforms, while maintaining consistency in performance, reliability, and integration.

In these types of operations, lighting and scaling tools play a critical role in visibility, measurement, and inspection accuracy. Equipment must perform consistently across all units, with no variation in output or reliability once deployed.

C-Tecnics supplied a total of 20 CT4011 subsea LED lights and 16 CT4005 red dot lasers, configured and prepared for immediate integration.

The CT4011 is a high-output subsea LED light, available in both AC and DC configurations, designed to provide wide, even illumination across subsea working areas. With a domed window and broad beam angle, the units support clear visibility for inspection, intervention, and survey tasks.

The CT4005 laser provides a compact and reliable solution for subsea scaling and measurement. When used in pairs at a known distance, the lasers allow operators to accurately assess object size and spacing within video footage, supporting survey and inspection work.

All units were assembled, checked, and tested in-house prior to dispatch to ensure consistency across the full batch. Equipment was supplied in protective transit cases, making handling, storage, and deployment straightforward.
